🏥 Setting: Acute Care Hospital (Inpatient & Outpatient Oncology)
🕒 Job Type: Permanent | Full-Time (80 Hours)
🌞 Shift: Days
💰 Salary: $135,000 – $195,000 per year
Key Responsibilities
✔ Collaborate with oncologists to optimize chemotherapy and supportive care treatment plans
✔ Participate in multidisciplinary oncology rounds with physicians, fellows, and advanced practice providers
✔ Review and manage oncology treatment plans within the Electronic Health Record (EHR)
✔ Provide medication education for oral oncolytics and IV chemotherapy
✔ Serve as the oncology drug information resource for the healthcare team
✔ Precept pharmacy residents and students
✔ Support medication safety, quality improvement, and evidence-based oncology care
Qualifications
✅ Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD)
✅ Active Pharmacist License
✅ Board Certified Oncology Pharmacist (BCOP) required
✅ Minimum 3 years of hospital pharmacy experience
✅ Minimum 3 years of oncology pharmacy experience
✅ PGY-1 Residency or equivalent experience required
⭐ PGY-2 Oncology Residency preferred
