Locations: Rochester,NY , Utica, NY ,Newark, NY,and Watertown Ny
Duration: 13 Weeks with extension
Shifts: Nights shift , Day Shift, and Eve Shift
Pay: $1,700/Week to $1900/Week
Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor and record patient vital signs and health conditions
- Provide basic patient care including hygiene, mobility assistance, and comfort measures
- Document patient care accurately using PointClickCare (eMAR)
- Assist with patient assessments and report any changes in condition to the RN or physician
Requirements
- Active LPN In the state of NY
- BLS Certifications required
- Minimum 2 years LPN/LVN experience
- Prior travel experience (at least 1 completed contract)

Pay: $1,700.00 - $1,900.00 per week
