Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Executive Personal Assistant role based in Morristown, NJ. The Executive Personal Assistant will provide high-level administrative and personal support to a senior executive, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel, and preparing correspondence and reports. The role includes handling confidential information, organizing files and documents, and ensuring the executive is prepared for meetings, presentations, and site visits. The Executive Personal Assistant will liaise with internal teams, external partners, and service providers, helping to coordinate property-related activities and special projects. Day-to-day responsibilities may also include managing expenses, arranging appointments, overseeing errands or personal tasks as needed, and proactively anticipating and resolving scheduling or logistical issues.
Qualifications
- Strong administrative and organizational skills, including calendar management, scheduling, and document organization.
- Proficiency with office software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, email and calendar platforms, online conferencing tools).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft clear emails, memos, and basic reports.
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion, professionalism, and sound judgment.
- Strong time management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
- High level of reliability, punctuality, and attention to detail in a fast-paced, executive-facing environment.
