Ambassador Personnel is actively recruiting a Credit Manager for a manufacturing client in the Alpharetta, GA area. This is a direct-hire opportunity, with a stable, growing organization seeking an experienced credit leader to step into a high-impact role.
This position is primarily onsite and ideal for a hands‑on manager who enjoys being close to the operation and leading teams.
What You’ll Do
- Lead credit and AR operations at the Alpharetta facility
- Set credit limits, manage credit risk, and oversee credit holds
- Ensure compliance with state‑specific lien requirements
- Partner with Sales, Finance, and Operations to resolve AR issues
- Manage a local team with dotted‑line oversight across additional sites
- Use Excel (pivot tables, reporting) to analyze AR trends
- Drive process improvements across credit and AR
What We’re Looking For
- 5–10 years of Credit / AR experience
- Prior people management required (not a career IC role)
- Strong knowledge of credit risk, collections, and lien processes
- Advanced Excel skills
- ERP experience required; SyteLine (cloud version) strongly preferred
- Manufacturing experience and onsite availability
