Ambassador Personnel is partnering with a well-established manufacturing company in Gaffney, SC to hire an Accounts Payable Specialist / Staff Accountant. This is a direct hire, on-site opportunity supporting day-to-day accounting operations in a stable and growing environment.
This role will focus heavily on Accounts Payable, including processing vendor invoices, securing approvals, and issuing timely payments. Additional responsibilities include preparing journal entries, assisting with general ledger reconciliations, analyzing financial data using Excel, and providing backup support to Accounts Receivable. The position will also assist with documentation of accounting procedures and special projects such as 1099 processing.
✅ 2–3 years of accounting experience required
✅ Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
✅ Detail-oriented with strong time management and confidentiality
✅ Prior AP experience and manufacturing exposure a plus
