Key Responsibilities:
Create, track, and manage purchase orders
Communicate with vendors regarding pricing, orders, and delivery timelines
Maintain accurate records using Excel and internal systems
Assist with inventory tracking and supply management
Provide general administrative support to the office and production team
Data entry, filing, and reporting as needed
Requirements:
Previous experience in administrative, purchasing, or office support roles
Strong Excel skills (spreadsheets, data entry, basic formulas preferred)
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
High attention to detail and accuracy
Experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or logistics is a plus
