About The Team

What you’ll do
- Interpret and work from technical drawings and blueprints
- Fit, weld, and customize components using multiple fabrication techniques (MIG/TIG)
- Set up and prepare machines and equipment for production
- Inspect components and completed frames for accuracy and quality
- Contribute ideas to improve our products and manufacturing processes
- Day: Monday–Thursday, 5:00am–3:30pm (4/10s)
- Night: Monday–Thursday, 6:30pm–5:00am (4/10s)
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1–2 years of related experience in a manufacturing environment
- Proficiency reading technical drawings and blueprints
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Comfort with the metric system (preferred)
- Team-first collaborator: communicates clearly, supports peers, and shares information

- Inventive: identifies opportunities to refine methods and procedures
