- Develop and manage production schedules based on demand, capacity, and material availability
- Monitor inventory levels, work-in-progress, and material flow
- Partner with supply chain and purchasing teams to manage material needs and shortages
- Utilize ERP/MRP systems to track production performance and inventory accuracy
- Identify production bottlenecks and support operational problem-solving
- Communicate production updates, risks, and recovery plans across teams
- Support continuous improvement and operational efficiency initiatives
- 2–5 years of experience in production planning, scheduling, or manufacturing operations
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment
- ERP/MRP systems experience preferred
- Lean methodology experience
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and operate with professionalism and accountability
- Ability to operate managerially despite functioning as an individual contributor
- Veterans encouraged to apply

- Monday–Thursday approximately 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Occasional Fridays as necessary to support operational and business needs
