We're seeking a strategic and innovative AI Product Manager to drive the development and implementation of artificial intelligence solutions for Amazon's Sub Same Day business. You'll orchestrate collaboration between technical teams (AI/ML engineers, data scientists) and business stakeholders (operations, logistics, finance) to deliver scalable AI solutions that revolutionize our Sub Same Day capabilities. You will own the implementation roadmap for specific AI products within the Sub Same Day delivery network, managing dependencies, risks, and technical debt while ensuring alignment with broader organizational goals. This includes establishing robust monitoring systems, defining success metrics, and creating scalable processes for continuous improvement and feature deployment.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $124,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $206,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Key job responsibilities
- Lead the product strategy and roadmap for AI/ML initiatives in the Sub Same Day delivery network
- Orchestrate collaboration between data scientists, engineers, operations teams, and business stakeholders
- Define and prioritize product requirements based on customer needs and business impact
- Develop business cases and ROI analysis for new AI initiatives
- Drive technical requirement gathering and documentation
- Lead sprint planning and backlog prioritization sessions
- Monitor key performance metrics and adjust strategies based on data-driven insights
- Identify and resolve cross-team dependencies and conflicts
- Champion product innovations to senior leadership and key stakeholders
- Drive go-to-market strategies for new AI-powered features and capabilities
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 5 years of product management experience, with at least 1 year focusing on AI/ML products
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with end to end product delivery
- Proven experience in stakeholder management and cross-functional team leadership
- Excellence in data-driven decision making and analytical problem solving
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills
- Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, or related field
- Experience in logistics, supply chain, or last-mile delivery
- Track record of successfully launching AI products at scale
- Experience with large-scale distributed systems
