Working alongside product managers, developers, and leadership, you'll create functional, aesthetically pleasing designs for customers and internal stakeholders.

You'll sketch wireframes and refine prototypes that simplify logistics workflows, collaborating with product managers on priorities and go-to-market strategies. You'll facilitate design critiques and join cross-functional meetings with engineering teams to discuss implementation. Afternoons include conducting usability tests with customers to identify friction points and synthesizing findings into actionable recommendations that inform product strategy. Throughout, you'll balance hands-on design work with strategic thinking that shapes how millions experience global logistics.
