Senior Marketing Manager, Amazon Supply Chain Services

Amazon
Seattle, WA Full Time
POSTED ON 8/27/2026
AVAILABLE BEFORE 10/27/2026

Description

Amazon spent decades building one of the best supply chains in the world to run its own business, moving, storing, and delivering products fast and reliably. Amazon Supply Chain Services (ASCS) now opens that same network up to other businesses, so any company can use Amazon's multimodal ground and air freight, warehousing, distribution & fulfillment, and parcel shipping to run their own operations. Think of it like what AWS did for cloud computing, but for supply chain, and it is just getting started.

We are looking for a driven, results-oriented Senior Integrated Marketing Manager to join the Amazon Supply Chain Services team. You will have the opportunity to define and drive the integrated marketing strategy for current and future Amazon supply chain solutions. The successful candidate will be expected to think and act both strategically and tactically: from the creation of plans, to the brass tacks of execution. She or he will be a self-starter, comfortable with ambiguity in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment, and able to think big while paying careful attention to detail. This is a highly visible position that will interact at all levels of the organization.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced B2B marketer, who can think strategically and execute flawlessly. If you’re looking to join a dynamic, growing team in a high-impact role, bring your insight, imagination, and a healthy disregard for the impossible to this challenging and growing business. You bring strong analytical skills, strong organizational and project management skills, and you have a track record of successfully navigating matrixed organizations, influencing without direct authority. You have a high level of comfort navigating ambiguity, a passion for scaling learnings beyond your immediate team, and the ability to investigate complex challenges and effectively influence cross-functional stakeholders. You work backwards from the customer, apply innovative thinking, and dive deep to identify and mitigate gaps.

Key job responsibilities
• Own end-to-end campaign architecture. Define audience, channel mix, sequencing, and timing for integrated campaigns spanning performance marketing, field marketing, content marketing, events, and experimental tactics to activate customers.
• Align marketing to GTM motions. Partner with sales leadership as the single point of accountability for building campaign playbooks tuned to distinct motions ensuring marketing investment maps to active sales priorities.
• Build repeatable, durable playbooks. Author and scale standardized playbooks for new ASCS service launches and evergreen growth motions, avoiding reinventing campaign approaches and ensuring campaign quality every time.
• GTM orchestration. Maintain a campaign calendar that sequences tactics for compounding effect (e.g., event → content nurture → digital retargeting → sales handoff) and prevents duplication across channel teams.
• Define integrated measurement. Build a cross-channel KPI and reporting framework that evaluates performance holistically, and drive retrospectives that turn attribution data into concrete optimization.
• Manage marketing budget, budget tracking tools and build mechanisms with key stakeholder and channel owners to track investments and ROI.

Basic Qualifications

- 8 years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Bachelor's degree

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with customer segmentation, profiling, and targeting
- 5 years of marketing experience with at least 3 years in a campaign orchestration, integrated marketing, or marketing operations role
- Demonstrated experience designing and executing multi-channel campaigns across demand generation, events, digital, and content marketing in a B2B context
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills - particularly presenting to senior leadership audiences
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Interest in exploring how automation and AI can power workflows, dashboards, and campaigns
- Supply chain, logistics, or transportation industry experience a plus
