The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location. We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join the GRMC Controllership & Compliance team. This role interfaces with stakeholders across GRMC, Finance, Accounting and Tax teams.
Key job responsibilities
- Manage month end financials, tax filings, and management reporting
- Provide guidance and variance analysis to peer finance teams
- Drive automation of manual processes
- Build planning and forecasting for GRMC’s annual insurance policy renewal cycles
- Develop reporting and dashboards for leadership decision making
- Maintain and communicate allocation methodologies
- 3 years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, information systems, finance, or equivalent, or Bachelor's degree and 5 years of finance or a related analytical field experience
- Experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (examples: SQL, MS Access, Essbase, Cognos) and other financial systems (examples: Oracle, SAP, Lawson, JD Edwards)
- Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Quick Sight, Tableau, Power BI or other BI packages
- Experience in financial modeling, P&L management or analysis
