Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $109,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits. As a Risk Manager, You Will
- Drive end-to-end risk assessment for new business onboarding to DPS, leveraging data-driven insights to determine appropriate risk levels and configurations aligned with our Onboarding Risk Matrix
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Legal, Compliance, RCS, and Operations teams to develop comprehensive business risk profiles and define their impact on DPS screening approach.
- Partner with the DPS Onboarding team to ensure seamless handoff from risk assessment to implementation, maintaining high standards throughout the transition process

- 6 years of compliance, audit or risk management experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications at an advanced level
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 5 years of program or project Management experience
- Master's degree or equivalent
