You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to standardize BCM configurations, create comprehensive documentation for rule implementations, and enhance evaluation criteria across multiple sites. Your role will be crucial in maintaining and improving sortation rules within BCM, managing regional rule variations, and ensuring consistency in decision trees. Strong analytical skills are essential, as you'll identify opportunities for rule optimization, troubleshoot BCM issues, and implement solutions that improve process efficiency. Experience with BCM configuration, SIMs management, process documentation, and a deep understanding of returns processing workflows are key requirements for success in this position. Knowledge of attribute-based evaluation systems and experience with BCM's rule creation interface is highly desired.

- Configure, maintain, and manage BCM SIMs and rules across multiple sites and regions.
- Transform business requirements into effective BCM rule sets and decision trees aligned with operational goals.
- Partner with Operations, Business, Tech, and IT teams to identify and implement process improvements.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for BCM configurations and SIMs rules.
- Monitor and analyze BCM/SIMs data to identify optimization opportunities and trends.
- Perform regular audits of BCM rules to ensure accuracy and compliance with business requirements.
- Generate performance metrics reports and present recommendations to key stakeholders.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Business, Operations, Logistics, Supply Chain or a related field
- Experience using data and metrics to back up assumptions, evaluate outcomes, and make data-driven decisions
- Travel up to 30% of the time
- Experience managing multiple projects, prioritizing, planning, and managing time
- Experience in an operational role
- Track record of taking ownership and driving result.
- Experience in project management or management consulting including handling multiple ongoing projects
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel at an advanced level, including: pivot tables, macros, index/match, vlookup, VBA, data links, etc.
- Experience that includes strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities, or experience in software development and experience in SQL Server/MySQL
- 3 years of operations management experience
- Experience effectively communicating complex concepts through written and verbal communication
- Experience working in fast paced environments, and managing workload even during times of stress, or escalated activity
