We are seeking an experienced Product Marketer to join the CreativeX PMM team to help reinvent and streamline the way we bring diverse and innovative solutions to customers. The Principal PMM plays a crucial role in shaping the go-to-market (GTM) and product strategy for Amazon Ads suite of creative solutions spanning Sponsored Ads and Amazon DSP. This position involves close collaboration with Product Managers to ensure that products meet customer needs and achieve strong product-market fit.

The ideal candidate will have a track record of leading successful inbound and outbound product marketing programs across adtech and creative solutions and working collaboratively across multiple organizations to deliver results. The successful candidate will have the ability to manage multiple milestones and shifting requirements in a fluid, fast-moving environment—while keeping senior stakeholders updated on your progress.

Key job responsibilities

The Principal PMM, CreativeX is responsible for orchestrating GTM decisions across the organization and with senior levels of leadership, advocating for customer needs, and aligning the product roadmap with current and future market demands.

A day in the life

The product marketing team works on creating compelling positioning and marketing content to support product launches and campaigns that will help customers be more productive building on the cloud with tools and services. We all have a bias for action for developing awesome marketing assets (e.g., videos, success stories, pitch materials, sales enablement tools, etc.). We look for ways to measure the impact of our work on service adoptions. We transition from working on strategic plans or creative ideation to detailed execution, multiple times per day. We enjoy supporting a fast-paced and highly cross-functional organization.

About The Team

The CreativeX PMM team leads the overall positioning and messaging strategy for Amazon Ads creative tech and AI solutions, including Creative studio, Image generator, Video generator, and more. We drive product demand and engagement from both external prospects and existing customers. We champion sharing insights and information between product and client-facing teams in order to share knowledge that drives customer engagement and product market fit. We obsess over the needs of our customers and actively seek customer feedback to influence the product roadmap and create better end-user experiences.

Basic Qualifications

  • 11 years of professional non-internship marketing experience
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
  • Experience communicating results to senior leadership
  • Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
  • Experience driving direction and alignment with cross-functional teams
  • Experience developing and executing on GTM strategies that are large in scope

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working cross-functionally across marketing, product management, analytics, UX, and research

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $153,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $252,900/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
