Position Responsibilities:
Perform forecasting, demand analysis, and material/inventory planning with OEMs/ODMs to ensure continuity of supply for electromechanical components. Analyze supply commitments and manufacturing processes to reduce lead times and improve supply visibility. Manage allocations of AWS materials across global inventory hubs and suppliers. Collaborate with component suppliers, server manufacturers, and internal engineering teams to track and reconcile allocation changes, risks, and cancellations. Develop and maintain analytical tools and dashboards to monitor KPIs, track SLAs, and provide strategic insights to stakeholders. Drive supply heatmap generation and capacity planning initiatives. Support transportation planning for ocean, air, and ground shipments. Engage in end-to-end supplier management and lead efforts to improve automation and scalability of supply chain systems in partnership with data and software engineering teams.
Position Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field and one year of experience in the job offered or a related occupation. Must have one year of experience in the following skills: (1) performing supply/demand forecasting, material and inventory planning, and continuity of supply (COS) management with EOMs/ODMs in a hardware or electromechanical manufacturing environment; (2) managing end-to-end supply chain operations including supplier management, transportation planning (ocean, air, ground), and supply allocation across inventory hubs; (3) developing and maintaining dashboards, metrics, and analytical tools to support supply chain performance and strategic decision-making using Excel, SQL, Tableau, or related; and (4) leading supply chain projects or programs, including capacity planning and coordination with engineering and vendor teams, to ensure uninterrupted supply for new product introduction (NPI) and sustaining programs.
