The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location. - Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from prospecting through contract negotiation and closure

Basic Qualifications
- 10 years of sales experience
- Experience directly managing teams of 3 or more
- Experience using CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) to manage pipeline, forecasting, and reporting
- Experience engaging and negotiating with customers and analyzing market opportunities to define new areas of growth
- Experience hiring and leading sales or account management teams focused on acquiring and managing enterprise customers
- Experience engaging with senior customer stakeholders including Directors, VPs of Procurement, CPOs, VPs of Supply Chain, and CIOs
- Experience selling to large, medium, and small merchants and delivering a multi-million dollar sales quota
