- Drive the development and execution of strategic workforce plans by analyzing talent supply and demand, identifying capability gaps, and building scalable solutions that support RME's long-term growth objectives
- Lead cross-functional partnerships with HR, Operations, and Finance to align workforce development strategies with headcount planning, succession pipelines, and organizational priorities
- Develop and maintain workforce analytics frameworks, executive-level reporting, and decision-support tools that enable senior leaders to make data-driven talent and staffing decisions
- Influence and align stakeholders across multiple business lines by facilitating strategic planning sessions, synthesizing workforce data, and delivering clear recommendations on talent development and pipeline strategy
- Support continuous improvement of workforce development programs by tracking key performance metrics, identifying trends, and driving adoption of best practices across the RME network

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, or 2 years of Amazon RME (BB/3P) Full Time Exempt experience
- 5 years of experience in program management, workforce strategy development, metrics-driven decision making, or related field
- 5 years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience, or Bachelor's degree
- Experience leading complex, multi-year initiatives that may be cross-functional and/or span business and technology
- Experience communicating clearly and concisely with leadership, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams
- Experience with analytical tools and ability to dive deep into metrics and reporting
- PMP certificate, or Master's degree in business, data science, public administration, finance, engineering, human resources or related field
- Experience designing, implementing, and scaling upskilling, apprenticeship, or workforce development programs across large-scale operations or corporate environments, including forecasting workforce needs and leveraging analytics to drive program decisions
