Creator Services is seeking a Creator Events & Commerce Coordinator.
You will work directly with Creator Services’ Scaled Programs team to support end-to-end execution of creator event programs and content-to-commerce activations. You work backwards from creator, fan, and customer needs to ensure programs are delivered with operational excellence and measurable impact.
This role is ideal for someone energized by the creator economy. In this position you will build and create foundational support across live events and creator-driven commerce.
Key job responsibilities
Creator Event Operations
Coordinate cross-functional workstreams across ad sales, marketing, and production teams to keep event timelines on track
Partner with the Creator Ads Partnership organization's branded content team to coordinate integrated brand experiences, ensuring alignment between sponsored content activations, advertiser objectives, and creator/fan expectations across event touchpoints
Maintain program trackers, project plans, and status updates to ensure visibility across stakeholders
Support vendor coordination, logistics, and quality assurance for live event execution
Identify and flag operational blockers, escalating to senior team members as needed
Creator Content-to-Commerce
Maintain and update creator storefronts, ensuring accuracy, freshness, and alignment with active campaigns and product launches
Support end-to-end coordination of creator product launches, including cross-functional communication, timeline tracking, and asset management
Monitor storefront and product performance metrics, synthesizing data into regular updates for the team
Assist in developing scalable templates and playbooks for storefront management and product launch workflows
Curate and maintain internal knowledge bases and operational documents to ensure data accuracy and readiness for AI-powered reporting and workflow tools
Research, Analytics & Program Communications
Own program status tracking across event and commerce workstreams, maintaining up-to-date project plans, milestone trackers, and stakeholder-facing dashboards
Drive cross-functional coordination by managing meeting cadences, action item tracking, and follow-through across ad sales, marketing, and production teams
Compile audience, performance, and sponsor data to support event and commerce opportunity assessments and post-program reporting
Draft program recaps, launch summaries, and internal communications under the direction of the Senior GTM Managers
Assist in preparing materials for senior leadership reviews and business updates, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location. - Experience managing multiple projects and priorities across teams in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Experience effectively communicating complex concepts through written and verbal communication
- Knowledge of project management tools and software
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field, or 2–3 years of relevant experience in event operations, e-commerce, program coordination, or a related field
- Experience delivering innovative entertainment experiences (inclusive of live events) to large audiences
- Experience in consumer product sales/marketing or in e-commerce
- 2 years of vendor management experience
- Familiarity with sponsorship models or creator monetization strategies
- Experience in digital media, entertainment, or advertising industries
