What You’ll Do
- Uphold a culture of safety, customer service, and teamwork – zero tolerance
- As a Helper, you’ll support the driver to load, unload, and delivery to customers in their homes up to 70 plus packages a day.
- Handle large bulky products utilizing proper equipment with weights ranging from 50 to 300lbs (team lift)
- Work 2 to 4 or more days per week and up to 10 hours per day including breaks with shifts available seven days a week, including weekdays and weekend availabilities on a rotating basis.
- Full time or Part time roles available
- Interact with Amazon customers and the public in a professional and positive manner
- Deliver and install packages as a fully completed product and haul away
What You’ll Need
- Sundays and Weekends Required
- Assist unloading every delivery from the back of the truck
- Assist driver in staying safe in all ways possible this includes but not limited to guiding the driver while backing up or in tight streets, helping driver make phone calls, contacting customers, contacting dispatch etc
- Must be at least 18 years old eligibility legally to work in the United States
- Must have a valid driver's license and social
- Utilize Amazon provided devices for GPS guidance and delivery status tracking
- Adhere to yard safety policies, obey all applicable traffic laws, and drive in accordance with weather/road conditions.
- Must be able to maneuver boxes weighing between 50 and 300lbs. (team lift), with or without reasonable accommodation multiple times a day in an 8-10 hour shift
- Pass Amazon related training, background/criminal/drug test
- Provide 2 previous job references from past managers
