Pay: $16.00 - $16.50 per hour Job description: PLEASE READ THE ENTIRE AD! TIME IS OF THE ESSENCE! Dependability for every Wednesday & Every other Saturday and Sunday (2:30 PM to 10:30 PM) Also Saturday's 10:30 PM to 6:30 AM, Also every other Sunday night 10:30 PM to 6:30 AM. Step # 3: TB Skin or Blood Test ( dates within the hiring process) High School Diploma or GED Minimum 1 year(s) professional or personal experience supporting individuals with disabilities, mental illnesses, or challenging behaviors, etc. Ability to document daily activities & client progress, behaviors, etc. Excellent verbal & written communication skills Must be flexible to fill in and/or cover open shifts or call-ins Ability to pass a state background check Positive and professional attitude Organizational skills Strong leadership skills Must be able to cook American food Must complete and pass the VAMR certificate Medication Administration, more training is/will be provided). Must ensure that all daily chores are completed per shift. Work and communicate with the RN/ Assisted Living Director and Operations Director. Complete general housekeeping, client s laundry, sweeping, mopping, bathrooms, etc. Must be 23 years of age or older. Dealing with 5 older men. Must be available for ALL Mandated Training.
