What You'll Be Doing:
- Assist the Studio Manager in leading and motivating a team of studio staff in a fun, high-energy environment.
- Guide customers of all ages (adults and children) in creative projects like pottery painting, glass fusing, mosaics, canvas painting, and stoneware.
- Ensure a top-tier customer experience and manage customer service issues effectively.
- Help direct and manage special events, including children's birthday parties, workshops, classes, and private adult reservations.
- Assist with operational tasks such as scheduling, inventory, and point-of-sale systems.
- Training provided on the use of studio mediums and kiln operation.
We're Looking For:
- Proven leadership/supervisory experience (retail, hospitality, or creative field preferred).
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Outgoing personality and a true team player.
- Outstanding organization and multitasking abilities.
- Must be available days, evenings, and weekends.
Preferences (A Plus):
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Background or experience in art/creative mediums.
