Qualifications
- Proficiency in Human Resources, HR Management, and Personnel Management
- Experience in developing and implementing HR Policies and processes
- Knowledge of Employee Benefits and best practices in managing employee wellness programs
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Familiarity with labor laws and regulations is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Previous HR experience in the food and beverage or service industry preferred
