Job Description:
We are a 35-year well established deck-building company looking for a hardworking and reliable Construction Laborer to join our team. This role involves assisting with the construction of residential decks, pergolas, railings, and outdoor living spaces. If you enjoy working outdoors, using tools, and being part of a stable, experienced company, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with deck framing, installation, and finishing
- Load and unload materials and equipment
- Measure, cut, and prepare lumber and composite materials
- Maintain a clean and safe job site
- Operate basic hand and power tools
- Support lead carpenters and crew members
- Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
Requirements:
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Reliable transportation to job sites with a valid drivers license
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Willingness to learn and grow within the company
