- Reliable transportation to and from job sites

Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily job site operations
- Digging, trenching, and general site prep
- Loading and unloading materials and equipment
- Operating basic tools and equipment (training provided)
- Supporting skilled crew members as needed
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
