Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and oversee a comprehensive alumni program to support client's post-treatment
- Maintain consistent communication with alumni through calls, texts, emails, and social platforms
- Plan and facilitate alumni events, meetings, and community outreach initiatives
- Build partnerships with community organizations, recovery groups, and referral sources
- Track alumni engagement, outcomes, and program effectiveness using CRM systems
- Provide mentorship and support to alumni, encouraging continued recovery and involvement
- Collaborate with clinical and admissions teams to ensure a seamless continuum of care
- Assist in crisis intervention and provide appropriate resources/referrals when needed
- Travel throughout Maryland to attend events, meetings, and support alumni engagement
- Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Health, Social Work, Communications, or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in substance use disorder treatment or alumni services
- Strong understanding of addiction, recovery, and community resources
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to build rapport and maintain meaningful relationships
- Experience with event planning and program development is a plus
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within Maryland
