Pay & Growth
Level 1 — $18.00–$20.00/hr

Level 2 — $20.00–$22.00/hr
For experienced assemblers strong in hydraulics, pneumatics, troubleshooting, and blueprint reading who can work independently on complex builds.

What You'll Do
- Assemble mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic components and finished systems
- Assemble electrical components and wiring
- Read blueprints, drawings, and specs
- Troubleshoot and diagnose hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical issues
- Spot and correct defective or damaged parts
- Test, calibrate, and quality-check finished equipment
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Basic plumbing or HVAC experience
- Ability to read blueprints/specs in English
- Reliable attendance and ready to start at 6:00 a.m.
- Hydraulic/pneumatic experience
- Copper tubing soldering experience
- Manufacturing, maintenance, or repair background
- Day shift only — real work-life balance
