What You'll Be Doing
- Produce products and components to specifications using CNC machines.
- Select appropriate tools and materials used in production per setup instruction.
- Monitor machine performance during the machining process.
- Identify component defects and take corrective action to solve the problem.
- Maintain and clean machines.
- 1 year of CNC training or work experience.
- Knowledge of the fundamentals of machining.
- Ability to read blueprints and other product specification documents in English.
- Ability to problem solve. Must be an organized, self-motivated individual who can work independently.
- Dependable - arrive at 6:00 am and be ready for the day.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- All Employees work the Day Shift (we want everyone to have a work-life balance!)
- 44-hour work week (6 AM – 3:30 PM Monday - Thursday, 6 AM – 2:30 PM Fridays) (seasonal overtime)
