What are the responsibilities and job description for the Associate Vice President, Educational Sales — Western Territory position at AMATROL?
Transform the Workforce - Lead the West!
Amatrol, Inc. is a mission-driven leader in technical education, passionately committed to closing the skills gap in modern manufacturing and the skilled trades. We believe that a well-trained workforce is the foundation of a thriving economy — and that meaningful careers in the trades can genuinely transform lives.
Amatrol learning systems are fully integrated, turnkey training solutions — combining industry-grade equipment manufactured at our Jeffersonville, Indiana facility with comprehensive, competency-based curriculum — designed to give students and workers the hands-on technical skills and knowledge employers demand. From high school career and technical education (CTE) programs to community/technical colleges, universities and industry, Amatrol learning systems are found wherever serious workforce development training happens. Our learning systems span both the time-honored disciplines that power American industry and the emerging technologies reshaping it:
- Traditional skilled trades — industrial maintenance, HVAC, fluid power, electrical systems, and mechanical systems
- Advanced manufacturing — automation, robotics, mechatronics, and programmable logic controllers (PLCs)
- Industry 4.0 and smart automation — Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT), connected factory systems, and digital manufacturing
- Artificial intelligence and machine learning — AI-assisted diagnostics, predictive maintenance, and machine learning applications in manufacturing
- Energy and sustainability — renewable energy systems, power distribution, and energy management technology
We're growing, and we're looking for a senior sales leader to carry this mission across the Western USA and Canada.
