Some of your daily duties:
To bring high energy daily
Talk with our customers in person or on the phones
Do follow up with our sales people.

Must understand the road to the sale and have a good feel for the heartbeat of a deal.
Must be able to effectively manage a sales team
Must be able to train and coach a young sales team

Must be able to set the tone and energy for the sales floor.
Must understand how to structure a deal -- both prime and subprime
Can submit deals to lenders.
Fill in as a Business Manager when needed at least once a week.
