Registered Nurse Supervisor (RN) - Night Shift Sign on Bonus $7500

We're seeking a compassionate and experienced RN Supervisor Long Term Care to oversee the day-to-day operations of our healthcare team.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of nurses, providing guidance and support to ensure exceptional patient care
- Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and patient care
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching to nursing staff
- Monitor and report on patient outcomes and satisfaction
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to drive continuous improvement
- Develop and manage budgets for nursing supplies and equipment
Requirements:
- Current RN license in the state of PA
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in a healthcare setting
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMRs) and other healthcare technology
