Overview
Join our dedicated team as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), where you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality behavioral health services to individuals across the lifespan with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder. In this dynamic position, you will develop and implement individualized treatment plans rooted in applied behavior analysis (ABA), ensuring positive progress and improved quality of life for your clients. Your expertise will guide families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams through comprehensive assessments and evidence-based interventions, fostering meaningful change and growth.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough behavioral assessments and diagnostic evaluations to determine client needs and develop tailored intervention strategies.
- Design, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans based on ABA principles, ensuring they meet each client’s unique goals.
- Collect, analyze, and document data meticulously to track progress, adjust treatment plans, and meet compliance standards such as HIPAA regulations.
- Provide training and supervision to behavior technicians and support staff to ensure fidelity of interventions and consistency in service delivery.
- Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, educators, and healthcare professionals to coordinate care plans and facilitate seamless communication.
- Maintain accurate medical records, patient assessments, intake documentation, and progress reports in accordance with legal and ethical standards.
- Ensure patient care is delivered with compassion, professionalism, and adherence to all applicable medical terminology and confidentiality requirements.
Requirements
- Valid certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) issued by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
- Proven experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities, especially autism spectrum disorder. (Experience with teens and adults preferred).
- Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavioral therapy techniques, and data collection methods.
- Ability to perform comprehensive patient assessments, conduct intake evaluations, and interpret diagnostic results effectively.
- Familiarity with medical documentation practices, medical terminology related to behavioral health, and maintaining HIPAA-compliant records.
- Excellent communication skills for working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and engaging families in treatment processes.

Pay of $40-50/hr is equivalent to salary potential of $80,000 annually.
