You'll work alongside senior licensed investigators to support our intake, pre-litigation, and litigation departments. Position Overview
We're seeking an Investigator to join our investigative team at our Inner Loop location. You'll work alongside senior licensed investigators to support our intake, pre-litigation, and litigation departments. This role requires local travel for scene documentation, witness interviews, and evidence collection, occasionally including weekends or after-hours work.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide investigative support to intake and pre-litigation departments
- Analyze and report findings from police reports and 911 calls
- Conduct background, asset, and social media investigations
- Interview witnesses and collect statements
- Identify and collect video evidence
- Document incident scenes through photography, measurements, and diagrams
- Write and review detailed investigation reports with management and attorneys
- Valid driver's license
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Superior communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Reliable transportation
- Bilingual (Spanish/English)
- 2 years' experience in personal injury law
- Private Investigator License
- Legal setting experience (intake, legal assistant)
- Full-time (8-hour shifts between 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM)
- Monday through Friday with occasional weekend/after-hours work
- 25% local travel expected
