Our client, an industry-leading sports technology company is seeking a proactive and resourceful HR Generalist to support day-to-day HR operations. This role is key to maintaining HR systems, ensuring compliance, supporting staff development, and fostering a positive, inclusive workplace culture.Primary ResponsibilitiesHR Policies & ProceduresAdminister HR policies and procedures consistentlyAssist in policy development, updates, and staff communicationsEmployee Relations & SupportServe as a point of contact for employee HR inquiriesProvide guidance on conflict resolution, performance, and policiesConduct initial investigations, document findings, and escalate when neededBenefits AdministrationSupport employees with benefits enrollment and changesCoordinate with insurance and retirement providersTrack eligibility and process life event changesCollaborate on annual plan renewalsRecruitment & OnboardingSupport the full recruitment cycle: job postings, screening, phone interviews, scheduling, and manager supportFacilitate onboarding: offer letters, HRIS/payroll/benefits setup, and documentation processingPerformance ManagementSchedule and track reviews, follow up on goals, and support supervisors with documentation and improvement plansCompliance & RecordkeepingEnsure compliance with multi-state labor laws (wage & hour, FMLA, ADA, EEOC)Maintain accurate and confidential employee recordsManage HR systems and databasesTraining & DevelopmentCoordinate internal and external training opportunitiesExit & OffboardingConduct exit interviews and manage termination processesRequirementsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources ManagementHands-on HR Generalist or similar experienceStrong knowledge of multi-state labor laws and regulationsExperience with remote teams and staff travel preferredExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsHighly organized, detail-oriented, and proactiveStrong computer literacy

Salary : $40 - $50
