Position Overview:

  • Full-Time, In-Office Role primarily at our Fall River headquarters, with potential interactions at our satellite office in New Bedford, MA.
  • Flexible schedule options: 35 hours/week (9:00 AM - 4:00 PM) or 40 hours/week (9:00 AM - 5:00 PM), Monday through Friday.
  • Starting salary: $22/hour, commensurate with experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage real estate transactions from listing to closing, focusing on Massachusetts and Rhode Island markets.
  • Utilize MLS Pin, Statewide MLS, and Cape & Islands MLS systems for listings and updates.
  • Handle document management via Dropbox, Google Docs, and Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word).
  • Download photos, digital tours, and upload content to platforms like MLS systems, KVCore, and more.
  • Communicate effectively with agents, staff, vendors, customers, clients, law firms, and city departments to ensure smooth transaction processes.
  • Perform administrative assistant duties, including scheduling, correspondence, data entry, and general office support to enhance team efficiency.

What We're Looking For:

  • Minimum 3 years of real estate experience, with transaction coordination experience preferred.
  • Candidates with an active real estate license are welcome, but this role is strictly office-based and will not involve practicing real estate in the field, as we require full dedication to transaction coordination and administrative tasks.
  • Strong proficiency in technology; experience with BoldTrail Back Office or BoldTrail Platform (formerly KVCore) is a bonus – we'll provide training if needed.
  • Multilingual abilities are a huge plus: Fluency in English, Portuguese, and/or Spanish to better serve our diverse clientele.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to professionally engage with agents, staff, vendors, clients, law firms, and city departments.
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to think outside the box, anticipate needs, and propose innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.
  • Ability to accept constructive criticism and demonstrate accountability, maintaining a growth-oriented approach to professional development.
