Join our dynamic team as a Temporary Front Desk/ Receptionist, where you'll be the welcoming face of our office! This energetic role offers an exciting opportunity to develop your office management skills while providing exceptional customer service. As the first point of contact, you'll greet patients, answer phones, assist patients with checking in for their appointment, collect payments and schedule appointments. This paid position is perfect for individuals new to healthcare to gain valuable office experience. THIS POSITION IS A TEMPORARY POSITION- AUGUST THROUGH NOVEMBER 2026- WITH THE POSIBILTY TO STAY ON AS A PERMANENT EMPLOYEE.
While previous front desk/ reception experience is preferred we are happy to train the right candidate.
Responsibilities
- Greet patients with a friendly and professional demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression
- Answer multi-line phone systems promptly, directing calls efficiently and courteously using proper phone etiquette
- Manage front desk operations including checking in patients, collecting payments, and scheduling patients
- Scanning patient paperwork into files.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Qualifications
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a busy environment
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on patient communication and phone reception etiquette
- Ability to work independently with good time management skills while maintaining attention to detail
Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
