We are seeking a dedicated Scheduler/Client Care Coordinator to join our healthcare team for weekend and weeknight coverage. Responsibilities
- Answer all calls on the weekend from clients and caregivers
- Answer all calls on weekday evenings
- Staff open shifts due to call outs or openings in the schedule by communicating with available caregivers
- Handle emergencies in a calm manner
- Appropriately seek supervisor assistance as necessary to effectively perform duties
- Demonstrate excellent organizational skills combined with attention to detail in clerical tasks such as filing and data entry are essential.
- Demonstrate ability to provide outstanding client service with professional phone etiquette in a fast-paced environment.
