Position: Part-Time Scheduler (Friday night 8:00 PM to Saturday, Sunday, till Monday morning around 9:00 AM)
Location: Havertown, PA 19083
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate caregiver schedules by matching skills, location, and availability to client needs
- Communicate shift details, new assignments, and schedule updates with caregivers and clients
- Maintain ongoing communication with caregivers and clients to build strong relationships and ensure satisfaction
- Handle last-minute call-offs, no-shows, and shift adjustments efficiently
- Manage schedules using our home care scheduling system (experience with AxisCare is a plus)
- Answer and manage inbound calls from clients, caregivers, and new inquiries
- Support HR and recruitment by assisting with occasional caregiver interviews or onboarding
- Collaborate closely with the office team to maintain smooth weekend and Monday operations
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred)
- Previous or current caregiver experience will be a strong plus – understanding client and caregiver needs is essential
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask under pressure
- Computer savvy and able to learn new systems quickly (AxisCare, HHA Exchange, or similar tools preferred)
- Dependable, proactive, and service-oriented
- Weekend availability is required
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
