Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication management.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with healthcare professionals.
- Observe and report changes in clients' conditions to ensure appropriate care adjustments.
- Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' quality of life.
- Drive clients to appointments and assist with community engagement activities.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
