THE VITAL ROLE YOU HAVE
Joining us means immersing yourself in the heartbeat of our office. You'll work a full-time Monday through Friday schedule, from 7:45 AM to 4:45 PM, with occasional travel if needed. As a Medical Receptionist, your day begins with a warm greeting to our valued patients, ensuring a positive experience from the moment they walk through our doors. Navigate the fast-paced environment with ease, managing patient communication through in-person interactions, phone calls, texts, and emails. You'll expertly handle schedules and office flow, scheduling appointments, surgeries, and follow-up visits with precision. Your organizational skills will shine as you handle office tasks, ensuring our patients receive efficient and compassionate care.
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer skills with a minimum typing speed of 40 WPM
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Outlook
- Knowledge of business office operations and basic bookkeeping principles
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with great phone etiquette
- Excellent customer service skills
- ECW-eClincal Works Experience Required
Having at least 1 year of medical office experience is preferred. Being bilingual is desired but not required. Proficiency with Eclinicalworks is a plus!
