• Prepare and produce printing plates according to job specifications.
• Operate plate making equipment safely and efficiently.
• Inspect plates for quality and accuracy before use.
• Maintain and clean plate making machinery and work area.
• Collaborate with the production team to meet deadlines and ensure smooth workflow.
• Follow safety protocols and company policies at all times.

• Proven experience as a Plate Maker or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of plate making techniques and equipment.
• Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
