Job Skills / RequirementsSuccessful candidates will be able to work in a gated residential community environment with excellent public relations and customer service skills.
Officers must be able to:
Communicate effectively with staff, residents, contractors, and visitors.
Control access to the property
Have excellent report writing skills and maintain accurate logs
Respond to emergencies in a professional manner
Manage access and egress to and from the facility
Willingness to assist and create a positive work environment.
