Join Allied Universal as an Access Control Officer at a fast-paced food and beverage location, where you will help manage entry points, verify credentials, issue badges, and track visitor and vehicle activity. You will conduct routine patrols, stay highly visible to help to deter incidents, and write clear reports while supporting associates and guests with professional customer service. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to personnel and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, access control processes, and/or emergency response activities as needed.
• Control access to the location by verifying identification, checking credentials, issuing temporary visitor passes, maintaining visitor and contractor logs, and directing arrivals to designated check-in areas.
• Monitor entry and exit points for associates, vendors, and drivers, including screening deliveries and coordinating with onsite teams to help to deter unauthorized access and/or prohibited items.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting events and communicating updates to site leadership and/or Allied Universal supervision.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, and perimeter points, observing for irregular activity, unsecured doors, and/or process deviations in food and beverage operations.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
