Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping floors, and surface sanitation.
- Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures to ensure health standards are met or exceeded.
- Handle laundry tasks such as washing, folding, and organizing clothing and linens efficiently.
- Use cleaning equipment and detergents safely and effectively to clean surfaces, floors, bathrooms, kitchens, and outdoor areas as needed.
- Manage time effectively to complete scheduled cleaning tasks within designated timeframes.
- Communicate professionally with clients to understand specific cleaning preferences and address any special requests or concerns.
- Assist with housekeeper management duties when required, including inventory checks for cleaning supplies and equipment maintenance.
Requirements
- Proven experience in residential cleaning or custodial roles is preferred; janitorial or housekeeping experience is highly valued.
- Knowledge of cleaning detergents, floor care techniques, sanitation standards, and proper manual handling practices.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and outdoor work comfortably while maintaining safety protocols.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with clients about their needs.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently throughout the day.
- Familiarity with cleaning surfaces, floors, furniture, and outdoor areas using appropriate tools and methods.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards.
