Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer Service Supervisor to lead our customer service team. The ideal candidate will oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional customer experiences, and drive team performance. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently. The Customer Service Supervisor will play a key role in maintaining client satisfaction and supporting sales initiatives through effective team management and problem-solving.
Duties
- Supervise and motivate the customer service team to meet or exceed performance goals
- Develop and implement customer service policies, procedures, and standards
- Monitor team performance through analysis skills and provide coaching or training as needed
- Handle escalated customer inquiries or complaints with professionalism and negotiation skills
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
- Conduct regular team meetings to communicate updates, goals, and feedback
- Manage project timelines related to customer service initiatives
- Assist in hiring, onboarding, and training new team members
- Support sales efforts by identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling during customer interactions
- Analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement
Qualifications
- Proven supervising experience in a customer service environment
- Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate teams
- Excellent communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus
- Demonstrated project management capabilities with attention to detail
- Exceptional analysis skills for evaluating performance metrics and customer feedback
- Ability to negotiate effectively and build positive relationships with clients and team members
- Experience in sales is desirable but not required
- Strong organizational skills with the capacity to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
- Relevant educational background or equivalent work experience in customer service or management
