NOW HIRING: Manufacturing Quality Inspector Level 3

Are you a seasoned quality inspector with advanced NDT skills looking for your next challenge? Join a team where precision, expertise, and problem-solving drive success.
What You’ll Do:
- Perform dimensional and visual inspections on raw materials, in-process parts, and finished goods
- Conduct Magnetic Particle, Liquid Penetrant, Visual, and Ultrasonic inspections
- Provide testing and inspection support for all production and quality processes
- Identify quality issues, recommend solutions, and implement corrective actions
- Assist with investigation and resolution of customer complaints
- Complete detailed inspection reports and manage electronic documentation
- Support the team in continuous quality improvement initiatives
- 5 years inspection experience in manufacturing/quality control
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- ASNT TCIA Level II Certified (NDT)
- Strong understanding of quality control systems and procedures
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications
- Proficient in math (fractions, decimals, algebra, trigonometry, geometry)
- Basic computer skills (Email, Word, Excel)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must have inspection capabilities – basic inspection tool knowledge, accurately read a tape measure, calipers, micrometers, and gages.
- Prolonged standing and frequent walking
- Occasional bending, stooping, reaching, pushing, and pulling
- Some repetitive activity
- Light to heavy physical effort as needed
- Ability to lift 10 lbs. frequently, 20 lbs. occasionally, and 30 lbs. with assistance
