THE ROLE
- Conduct hands-on coupon and chemical testing on composite materials.
- Work directly on the shop floor with foremen and manufacturing crews.
- Inspect incoming raw goods and outgoing finished shipments.
- Ensure shop-floor safety, compliance, and quality standards.
WHAT WE NEED
- Work Ethic: Reliable, detail-oriented, and ready to put in the work.
- Experience: Someone who has basic computer skills and a willingness to learn/work hard
PAY & PERKS
