Job Title : School Nurse

Schedule : Monday - Friday : School Hours

(with potential for bus rides or after school needs )

Pay : $38 / hour

Position Overview :

We are currently hiring LPNs to provide 1:1 care for a student in a school setting. This role includes monitoring health conditions, administering medications, and ensuring your students safety throughout the school day. Nurses may also assist with G-tube or feeding tube care, diabetes management, and other specialized medical needs.

You will work closely with school staff, families, and our clinical team to deliver high-quality, compassionate care and support each student’s health and well-being.

Qualifications :

• LPN License issued by NYS
• Current CPR/BLS Certification
• Pediatric or School Nursing experience Required
• Ability to work independently in a school setting
• Communicate with families , school staff , and healthcare providers

Compensation :

• LPN : $38/hour
• Weekly pay - direct deposit
• Overtime opportunities available

Responsibilities:

• Perform patient care duties and treatments as per care plan.
• Provide health promotion, counseling, and education.
• Administer medications and other personalized interventions.
• Coordinate care, in collaboration with a wide array of health care professionals.
• Document nursing notes regarding patient care daily.
• Must be able to lift 50lbs.
• Must be able to stand/work for extended periods
• Additional responsibilities as required.
