Job Overview:
We’re looking for a caring and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to assess clients, create care plans, train caregivers, and ensure top-quality care.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Assess clients and develop care plans
✔ Train and support caregivers
✔ Conduct supervisory visits to ensure quality care
✔ Ensure compliance with state and agency regulations
✔ Work closely with clients, families, and staff
Requirements:
✔ Active NC RN license
✔ Home care or geriatrics experience preferred
✔ Strong communication and organizational skills
✔ Ability to work independently and as a team player
✔ Passion for high-quality patient care
