What are the responsibilities and job description for the Home Care Sales/Community Outreach position at Always Best Care Senior Services - Cincinnati East?
We are looking for a self-motivated salesperson to join our team!
The right candidate needs to have experience in Cold Calls and Cold Walk-Ins. YOU DO NOT NEED DIRECT EXPERIENCE WITH HOME HEALTH CARE, BUT YOU DO NEED DIRECT SALES EXPERIENCE WITH RELATIONSHIP BUILDING. There is always an answer to every No, and we need the person who understands how to pivot. You will receive in-house sales training, but the pace will be quick. This is not a position that you will have a couple months to learn.
This position comes with an AGGRESSIVE COMMISSION STRUCTURE and we will put you on the path for success. We need someone who is persistent and excels at making connections. You will be told No repeatedly, and you may encounter people when they are already burned out and in no mood to speak. We need a candidate that remains cheerful, optimistic, and can break through tough exteriors to establish long term relationships. We want someone who sees the opportunities rather than the obstacles, and your commission structure will reward the long term business that you bring in, not just an immediate bonus.
Requirements
- Prior Sales Experience involving cold calls and cold walk-in presentations
- Self-Motivated and driven to help people
- Reliable transportation
- Fulfill all requirements to legally to work in the United States and State of Ohio
- Pass Required Background Check
- Experience in Caregiving is a plus but not required
- Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite
